Club 69: 293 (1942), information provided by Alan E. on email Jun. 07 2021 More details could be found in [details]Translation Rhizome erect, to 5 mein. tall: leaves -altide coinferta, late linear actita bicarinata, 3-7 ecm. long, 2-3.5 imm. wide, glabrous margin and white-villous costa except; floriferous bracts to 1.5 em. long, 3-5 aggregated in all leaves; bracts inflorese also subtended by 2-4, inferiores 4-7 nun. long; spicules muaseclae 4-6 mii. longae, 0.75-1 mi111. diauli., glumes -vacmis lanceolatis ac-utis glabris, glumes fertile oblongis acutis hyalinis; spicules of foemium, equal to the male, glumes 4-5, lanceolate, acute or oblong; suberect achaenoid obovoid glabrous, 1.25-1.5 mm long, 0.75 mm diam., clavate glabrous, subpersistent, 0.75-1 mm long, apex 0.7 mm long; hypogynous squamellae orbicular, with few hairs adjoin the squamellae.
