Report on the WoRMS editor workshop in Vienna available

On February 21st, we held our WoRMS editor workshop in Vienna. Although we did not have a massive turnout (11 people in total), we did have a very good workshop, with valuable feedback and discussions.

1. Overview of the SC meeting in Oostende (December 2012): decisions & action points (DMT)
2. The new web lay-out, as agreed during the SC (DMT)
3. Discussion on the inclusion of the field ‘basionym’ to the taxon interface (Andreas Kroh)
4. The need to atomize references (Andreas Kroh)
5. Proposals to handle distribution data in WoRMS (Serge Gofas)
